Do I need a crypto wallet to shop here?

No. You can browse the entire catalog without an account of any kind, and when you do buy you can sign in with an email address instead of a wallet. Crypto is the settlement rail, not the front door.

Is everything genuine?

Yes, and we'll stand behind that in writing — see Authentication for how the chain of custody works and what happens in the unlikely event we get it wrong.

Why is the same piece cheaper here than in a boutique?

Most of what you see is end-of-season stock from authorised retailers, bought at wholesale terms. It is current-generation merchandise sold outside the boutique's own markdown calendar — the price is lower, the goods are the same.

What is Private Sale?

A tier of deeper markdowns that opens to accounts that have reached a points threshold. If you can see the filter but not the products, that's why. Nothing is hidden from you permanently.

Can you find something that isn't listed?

Often, yes. That is exactly what the concierge is for — tell them the piece and the occasion and they'll go looking.
